The silent auction is an important part of the Dancesport for Charities evening and a great chance to pick up some very unique and special items and a bargain or two.
Here's how it works. All items will be displayed in the auction room, which is located next to the ballroom. Each item in the auction is numbered, and bidders can bid on each item by writing down a bid higher than the previous bid. At 10:30 pm and at 11:45 pm a lot of items, drawn at random, will close which will end the bidding. At the close of each auction, the bidding stops, and the person with the top bid wins the item.
